I initially offer a free 20-minute phone call to explore your needs and to see if we are a good fit to work together.
When booked in your first session or assessment is a detailed opportunity to discuss in-depth what brings you to counselling, your personal history and what your individual therapeutic goals are. We would also at this point discuss in a more bespoke manner what your therapy/counselling sessions may look like, including exploring how long we might work together.
