My Approach

I use a combination of Person-Centred therapy, Attachment theory and Cognitive-behavioural therapy in an integrative approach to provide sessions that match your personal goals and needs. 

These modalities form the theoretical underpinnings of my work and ensure a robust foundation. I believe that therapy can increase self-awareness as well facilitate an environment for growth and change. 

It also may be a place for you to process life experiences and events, including the past and present. We may explore aspects of your identity and sense of self as well as delve into your relationships with others depending on what is appropriate for you. 

I work from a culturally diverse lens and am committed to offering a service to individuals from all backgrounds, in a supportive and inclusive way. Above all, my underlying ethos is these sessions are yours and I will always facilitate ensuring your therapeutic needs and goals are at the forefront.
